At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the stories we carry—especially the ones we’ve told ourselves for years. I help you explore whether those old narratives still fit, or if you’ve outgrown them. Often, symptoms like anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck don’t come out of nowhere—they emerge from long-held beliefs, early experiences, or roles we’ve been cast in without ever agreeing to the part.
Whether you're an adult sorting through years of patterns and pain, or a high school student navigating stress and distress, we will explore and find healing. I will ask the right questions to lead you towards strength, growth and relief.
